Jeff Palmer

Jeff's Bio

Jeff is a twenty five year member of the PGA of America.  Throughout his career he has sought out the best instructors to learn from.   In most instances he came away disappointed as he felt was taught the same as everyone else who had been to that instructor.  Many of these have been ranked in the top twenty five over the years.  The last six years Jeff has had the opportunity to work with Mike Adams and EA Tishcler, of Golf Biodynamics, Phil Cheetam and Sasho MacKenzie of Skilled Motion and Dr. David Wright of Wright Balance Technologies.  These true researchers and scientists of the game have proven without a doubt that you cannot teach a cookie cutter swing and that everyone is uniquely different and therefore must be taught as an individual.     Jeff has recently become just the second person in California to be a Movement Specialist for Tathata Golf.  By combining the most modern science with the “martial art” of golf, Jeff truly has the ability to improve golfers, at all levels, at an amazing rate.  Among his awards he has been presented with are:  2010 SJVC PGA Teacher of the Year, 2012 SJVC PGA Junior Leader of the Year, 2014 SJVC PGA Player of the Year and the 2015 Junior Development Leader.  He is the current President of the SJVC PGA and Board Member of the NCPGA.  Jeff is one of twelve in the world that is a recognized The First Tee Coach and recognized Program Director for The First Tee.  Whether you are young or old, rookie or veteran, or aspiring to be the best you can be. Jeff will provide the most direct route in helping you attain your goals.  With Jeff’s training, education and experience there is no guessing as to how to make you improve, only a purposeful productive plan.
